The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!
I am the featured blogger this week! Yay! Check out my interview with Alison of Alison Can Read.

Today's Feature & Follow Friday question is:

Are you also a writer and what genre? Or did you ever consider writing?

A frustrated writer! While I am not serious enough to want to be a published author, I've had stories inside my head since ever, inspired my the TV shows I watched and the books I read. I have two stories brewing since high school and they are just in my head where they unravel and I tweak a little bit here and there. Check out my Scraps posts to see my unfinished writing attempts.

  4. I'm overloaded by inspiration sometimes! But I leave the writing to more talented people I think.

    1. We have our moments of inspiration but transcribing them to paper? Difficult!

For some reason, I'm stuck as logging in as my old blog, probably because you're on blogspot and that's where I used to be. Anyway, the new address is http://booksthathook.com

  12. I love that you've got Scraps posts! It's such a good way of collecting your ideas. I'm usually just crawling under the blankets, too embarrassed by everything! I'm always stuck with ideas in my head that just slowly develop, but then once I try to write it nothing comes out! I'm following on Twitter, loving the Howl's Moving Castle cover! Thanks for sharing :) I hope you have a great weekend!

    1. I was embarrassed about publishing the Scraps posts but I just shrugged and said "What the heck?" and clicked the publish button.

  14. What type of books are floating around in your head? I want to write as well and I think my fear of failure keeps me from finishing. Check out what I wrote: http://www.booksmoviesreviewsohmy.com/featureandfollow/. Old follower! :)

  15. I've had stories in my head that I jot down too. Even used to keep a dream journal. I love going back and reading them and it's always nice to have a little peak into what I was thinking five or ten years ago.

    1. I've been keeping a dream journal for about ten years now. Isn't it a kick when reading what you've been dreaming about years ago?

  22. Haha I definitely know what it's like to be a frustrated writer. For me, it's like I'll get an idea in my head, but it won't really be a plot if that makes sense (kind of like, knowing the character's superpower but not knowing what situation he'll use it in). Anyway, whether you're serious or not it's great that you're writing!
