Tempest Rising

I liked Tempest Rising. A solid 4/5 apples. It reminded of the film Barbie: A Mermaid's Tale though.
Anyway, here's my review.

I enlisted a random generator's services again. Really. Choosing a book from a pile of so many choices is just... So, Spellbound. In the months that led up to its release, I've been hearing... reading some good things about it. Though reading the synopsis just makes want to roll my eyes. Is it wrong to ask this: Why is it always a boy that's always somehow a key part of the story?
