IMM enables bloggers to feature books they receive that week... bought, borrowed at the library or received to review. That way they could mention titles that might not otherwise get some face-time on their blogs.
So, I haven't bought anything this past week. What I did was to search for new titles in NetGalley to read and, of course, review. I've already read Spirit's Princess and I found it really, really good (review to be posted on the date of publication). It's my first Esther Friesner title and I'm contemplating to read her other Princess of Myth books.
Due to a tweet (I forgot whose), I've been alerted to a bunch of free ebooks on Amazon and I proceeded to download them. I don't know if they're still free to download. That particular action opened my Kindle for PC and I discovered some books which I apparently forgot. I just went: "Yay! More books!" while a secret part of me was exasperated with my penchant for acquiring more and more books.
WOW, check out that box set and it was FREE!! That is awesome! Great mailbox this week.
