A Note from the Author

I am so in love with the cover of 8 Souls! It perfectly combines the paranormal and romantic elements of the story. The ghoulish background shows Chessie staring down the unpleasant things she must confront. Yet, the color palette of pink and purple represents the sweet part of the story involving Chessie and David’s relationship. I didn’t wanted the cover to look gruesome because it’s not a horror story, and there are some very touching moments in Chessie’s tale, despite the backdrop of a mass murder. Overall, the cover is a good reflection of the story inside the pages.
