The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!

Today's Feature & Follow Friday question is:
Do you read more than 1 book at a time, and if so, how, like a certain amount of pages per book before moving on to the next one in the queue?
- Suggested by Words I Write Crazy

Once upon a time, I read about two books (or more) at a time. When I absolutely wanted to read that other book or a book happened to be within reach when I was bored, then, I did. Nowadays, I read one book in one sitting and move on to the next one. No use stopping at a few pages when you can finish it immediately. However, there are times when I still read more than one at a time, particularly when I'm commuting and brought a different book with me.

  1. Before blogging, I use to only read one book at a time but these days, I usually read two books, one ebook and one physical! :D I, too, can read a lot of books in one sitting and I LOVE doing that! I don't like taking breaks between reading but a lot of Fantasy books are HUGE! Like, the book I'm currently reading is over 600 pages, I don't have time to read that in one sitting!

  2. I am like you! I read pretty fast, so I read one book at a time. It's easier to collect my thoughts and review books that way! (:

  3. Before I started blogging, I only read one at a time. Now I read a lot more at the same time to try to keep up with everything I want to read and my reviews. I try to read different formats and genres though. It's easier if I'm reading an audiobook, a physical book and an ebook versus 3 ebooks.

  4. Before I started blogging about the books that I love to read and talk about, I would only read one book at a time and power through that way and I didn't read as quick as I do now. But, with all of the review books, plus all of the other books that I receive either as gifts/bought/etc. I feel like I need to been reading at least two books here and there so I don't get behind on what I'm supposed to be doing. Sometimes, if there's a particular book or a series that I'm reading and I'm really into it then I won't pick up another book.

Happy Reading and Hopping Through! :)

  5. I'm an old follower.
    Happy Friday :-)
I've let my review schedule get to a ridiculous level (thanks to netgalley!) . .so I'm forced to read more than one book at the moment, but I really like picking up a book which draws me in and that I can read in one sitting xx

  6. Same here, fast reader. Don't see the use in reading two books at once. New GFC follower.

  8. I carry my mp3 player at work and listen to audio books all day, but at home I have hard copies and my tablet. So I always have at least 2 books going.
